FAQ
  • What is recruitment/rush?
Recruitment (rush) is an opportunity for you to get to know the members of Rho Psi Eta and see if you’d like to be apart of our sisterhood. We have rush once a year, during the beginning of Fall quarter. We will update our website and Facebook for more details, but we typically table during week 0/1 and rush events typically start at the end of week 1, so keep a lookout! We'd highly recommend coming to the events to see if Rho Psi could be a good fit for you!
  • Why should I rush?
Rho Psi strives to help our sisters pursue their goals and interests in the healthcare professions. It’s a great opportunity especially if you’re still undecided on what to do post-grad and want to learn more about other professions that our alumni are currently in! We offer a strong support system within our sisterhood as we encourage growth in one another.
  • What are the requirements to rush?
A minimum GPA of 2.75 is required. You must be a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year.
  • Do I have to attend all the rush events?
Nope! Your attendance to all rush events is completely optional. However, showing up more allows us to get to know you more and increases your chances of earning a bid! It is however, mandatory to attend at one informational session in order to sign up for an interview.
  • Do I have to be a pre-health major to rush?
Nope! We welcome any and all majors. We are a diverse group of women with different majors and career goals. Our sisters’ career interests include and are not limited to: Doctors (MD/DO), Physical Therapists, Veterinarians, Physician Assistants (PA), Dentists, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners (NP), Researchers, Psychologists, & etc.
